The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce KVK works with external partners to get to know entrepreneurs better through customer research. KVK uses the insights from the research to improve its provision of services. The researchers usually approach entrepreneurs by email, or sometimes also by telephone.

Researchers approach entrepreneurs to ask for their opinions on KVK via various email addresses.
For example, on Monday, 16 September, we will send out an email with the subject line ‘Onderzoek: Wat is uw mening over KVK?’ (Survey: What is your opinion about KVK?) This is sent from the email address KVK@marketresponse.nl.
And on Wednesday, September 18, from the mail address: KVK@miles-research.com, there will be an email with the subject 'Deel je mening en ervaringen over het ondernemerschap' (‘Share your opinions and experiences about entrepreneurship’).
In both cases, entrepreneurs will receive a reminder after about a week and a half.
False emails, letters, phone calls and text messages regularly circulate from scammers pretending to be from KVK. This is called phishing. The 2 emails mentioned above are really from KVK. They are also listed under KVK’s safelist for email addresses.
