Video: New rules for online sales

The rules for online sales have changed from 28 May 2022 on. Do you have an online shop or comparison website? Or do you do business with consumers through social media or a sales platform? Then you need to protect your consumers better online. For instance, you have to provide information about how you operate with, for example, reviews, price reductions, 'free' online services, and personalised offers.
