The details of your organisation may change from time to time. For example if you relocate or if the board changes. To check whether the information KVK has about your vereniging (association), stichting (foundation), or VvE is correct, order a Business Register extract.
Ordering an extract
A KVK Business Register extract provides a summary of a company’s details, such as its name, address, founding date, and - in most cases - its officers. You can order a regular extract or a certified one, in Dutch or in English.
Please note that the ordering process is in Dutch. Also, free-text fields on the extract will not be translated into English if you order an extract in English.
