KVK UBO Register Extract
Information from the UBO Register is not public. You can only order a KVK UBO Register Extract if you are authorised to make changes to the Business Register for an organisation.
Who can view UBO data?
You can view information from the UBO register if you:
- are yourself the UBO of an organisation. You will then only see your own details;
- can officially register, change information, or deregister an organisation in the Business Register. You can then see the UBO data for this organisation. Are you an authorised person or do you have a bv with a holding structure? Then you may not be able to see UBO data of all the organisations you are involved with.
