With the new open datasets, KVK complies as much as possible with the European Directive. The open datasets do not contain any personal data. This means that the available dataset does not contain all data fields described in implementing regulation (2023/138).

- The Chamber of Commerce number.Â
- Name of the organization.Â
- The full zip code. Only the first two digits are provided.Â
- Data from sole proprietorships.
The use of the KVK Open Dataset(s) is free. The datasets are intended for reuse and not as a means of legal certainty. This is in contrast to other products such as an extract from the Business Register. A rate is charged for these products.
