You put an invoice declaration on your invoice for customers outside the EU. With this text, you say that your products were made in the EU. This is called EU preferential origin. As a result, your customer pays no or less import duties. An invoice declaration is a preferential origin document, just like a EUR.1 and EUR-MED.
