How do I file declarations of liability or consent, or audit opinions?
Declaration of liability (403)
You can file your declaration of liability (403) by sending it to the following address:
KVK
Backoffice Verklaringen
Postbus 1544
3000 DP Rotterdam
You can use this same postal address to withdraw a declaration of liability.
Both a declaration of liability and its withdrawal must be original documents, carrying original signatures.
Declaration of consent or audit opinion
You can file your declaration of consent or audit opinion by posting or emailing it to the following address:
KVK
Backoffice Verklaringen
Postbus 1544
3000 DP Rotterdam
verklaring@kvk.nl
This concerns the audit opinion, which can be filed instead of the financial statements of a private pension company or a private company incorporated to make periodic payments (stamrecht bv)Â in some cases.
