The main focus for 2019 for KVK was taking further steps in digitising its advisory services. No one could have foreseen how much this accelerated strengthening of digital and telephone services would be used. From March 2020 after the outbreak of the corona pandemic, KVK received approximately 2,700,000 visits to the website and almost 50,000 advice requests by telephone in 2 months. A multiple of the normal numbers in services in 2019. The appreciation of the KVK services by entrepreneurs is high. The report and overview below are only available in Dutch.
