KVK Annual plan 2025

In April 2024, KVK launched the Route28 multi-year strategy project, as a successor to the multi-year strategic plan 2023-2025. The 2025 Annual Plan flows directly from this 2025-2028 strategy.
In the new long-term strategy, we have translated our challenges into four strategic tasks. These articulate our vision and ambition and provide direction for the future. The strategic tasks are part of Route28 and form the starting points for the social value KVK wants to offer.
The tasks include creating one recognisable KVK, future-proofing our registers and services, creating a work floor with enthusiastic and professional KVK employees, and a modern, vital operational management. In doing so, we take into account the desired development direction of the organisation, including an elaboration of what is needed in terms of organisation, people and resources.
Besides providing our basic services, in 2025 we will also take the first steps towards giving shape and substance to our new Route28 ambitions. In the coming period, we will develop concrete plans and projects that will become part of our regular planning and control cycle and portfolio management. With this, 2025 will be a year of transition, bridging the gap to the future.
